Report storage (S3 / Azure)

Enterprise

Bring-your-own report storage is included in the Enterprise plan.

In addition to email, scheduled reports can be delivered to storage you own — an Amazon S3 bucket or an Azure Storage account. Every generated report lands in your tenancy, under your retention and access policies.

Why use it

• Retention & audit — a complete, timestamped archive of what was reported, when.
• Governance — reports live under your own access controls, not only in inboxes.
• Pipelines — downstream BI or archival systems can pick files up where they land.

Setting it up

1. Open the report’s settings (or create a new one) and enable external storage.
2. Choose the destination type — Amazon S3 or Azure Storage — and provide the destination details and credentials with write access to that location.
3. Save. Each future send writes the report files to your storage alongside any email delivery.

Credentials scope

Use credentials scoped to just the destination bucket/container. CloudOptify only needs to write report files there — nothing broader.

Verifying delivery

The report’s send history shows whether the storage delivery succeeded for each send. Check the destination after the first send to confirm files arrive where you expect.
