Cost Analysis

Cost Analysis is the explorer for your unified spend — both clouds, one consistent breakdown.

Views

Section titled “Views”
  • By service — spend per service (e.g. Virtual Machines, Amazon EC2) across the selected scope and period, with period-over-period movement.
  • By account — spend per Azure subscription / AWS account, with provider badges.
  • Daily trend — how spend evolved day by day across the window.

All views respect the global filter and date range; switching scope or period reloads everything consistently.

Insights inline

Section titled “Insights inline”

Where the analysis engine has findings for a service or account — an anomaly, a savings opportunity — they surface alongside the numbers with severity and estimated savings, linking to Analysis findings for the full detail.

Export

Section titled “Export”

Use the export buttons to take the current view to Excel or PDF — the file matches your on-screen scope, period, currency, and tax settings. See Exports.
