SSO & SCIM
Bring CloudOptify into your organization the way your security team expects: sign-in through your identity provider, and access that follows your directory automatically.
Single sign-on
Section titled “Single sign-on”CloudOptify authenticates through a secure hosted identity service that federates with your identity provider. Members sign in with the work account they already use — no separate passwords, and your existing sign-in policies (MFA, conditional access) apply.
SCIM / directory group sync
Section titled “SCIM / directory group sync”With group sync enabled, membership flows from your directory:
- Joiners — people added to the mapped directory group get CloudOptify access with the mapped role.
- Movers — role changes follow directory group changes.
- Leavers — removed from the directory group means removed from CloudOptify.
Configure the mapping under Access Management: which directory groups map to which CloudOptify roles. The page shows the current sync state and the members it manages.
Manual + synced together
Section titled “Manual + synced together”Directory-synced members and manually invited members can coexist. Synced membership is managed by the directory; manual members are managed in the portal as usual.
