Every key view in CloudOptify exports to Excel and PDF with one click — what you see in the platform is what lands in the meeting.
Where you can export
Section titled “Where you can export”- Cost Analysis — the current breakdown and trend.
- Cost Comparison — both periods, drivers, and the drill-down table (CSV/PDF).
- Cloud Groups — the all-groups report, and each group’s individual report.
- Cloud Map — the estate topology as a PDF.
- Scheduled reports — attach Excel/PDF automatically to recurring sends.
What exports respect
Section titled “What exports respect”Exports reproduce your current context:
- The global filter scope and date range.
- Your display currency.
- The organization’s tax mode.
So the file always matches the screen — no “which filter was this?” ambiguity.
Formatting
Section titled “Formatting”Exports are styled and branded out of the box: headers, totals, and section structure are consistent across the platform, ready to share without touch-up.
